PANIPURI MASALA RECIPE

Method

Step 1

To make a spicy paani, Blend together fresh 1 cup mint and 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds , 1/2teaspoon jeera 2-3pinches hing , 4-5 green chilli’s, 1 teaspoon black salt, salt to taste and sufficient water till smooth.

Step 2

Transfer in a bowl and add some 2 cups water, add 2 tablespoons Ratnaadi Paani Puri Masala, 2 lemon juice , add black salt and salt to taste.

Step 3

Mix well, keep the bowl in Refrigerator till chilled.

Step 4

Now it's time to serve water with panipuri and masala ragda.
