Garam Masala RECIPE

Method

Step 1

Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan .Now Add 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it splutter .

Step 2

Add a pinch of Asafoetida powder and 8-10 curry leaves.

Step 3

Now Add chopped Tomato and cook for a minute . Add 1 teaspoon turmeric Powder, 1 teaspoon chilli powder with 1 tablespoon Ratnaadi Garam Masala and salt to taste mix well.

Step 4

Add Boiled Dal of your choice and some water cook for 4-5 minutes . Garnish with the coriander sprig.

Step 5

Serve hot.

Note :Ratnaadi Garam Masala is a basic spice that can be used for multi-purposes.
