Method
Step 1
In a large Tawa or shallow pan heat oil and butter, further, add 1 teaspoon Jeera and allow it to crackle, add 2/3 pinch of asafoetida powder, add chopped capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Now add chopped tomatoes, red chilli paste, salt to taste and sauté until they are soft.Add 2 Tablespoons Ratnaadi Pav Bhaji Masala, and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder sauté for a minute.
Step 3
Now add boiled raw banana and smashed vegetables of your choice and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes. You can adjust the consistency of the bhaji by adding the hot water or tomato puri to be a little thin just like street vendors do, or as per your preference, and mix it well.
Step 4
Bhaji is ready Further add freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Butter and lemon juice served with nice soft buttery Pav.
