Method
Step 1
Set a deep pan or wok on medium heat, and add oil once it is hot add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Step 2
Add green chilli, Tomato purée and salt to taste cook until the oil is released.
Step 3
Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, 2 tablespoons Ratnaadi chole masala mix and cook for a minute.
Step 4
Add boiled chickpea along with its water and mix well. You can reduce or increase the amount of water depending on how thick or thin you want your chole to be.Now Add Kasuri methi and freshly chopped for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot with freshly prepared bhaturas or kulcha.
