Biryani RECIPE

Method

Step 1

In a large cooker, add ghee once it’s hot, add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, and green and black cardamom let it splutter.

Step 2

Add marinated vegetables of your choice and sauté it well. Now Add a few mint leaves, soaked basmati rice, hot water, and green chilli.

Step 3

Now Add 2-3 tablespoons of Ratnaadi Biryani Masala, salt to taste, a few saffron strands, and ghee. Cover it with a lid and cook over medium flame for 1 whistle.

Step 4

Let it cool at room temperature, open the lid and fluff the rice with a fork. Transfer it to a serving plate.

Step 5

Garnish it with a coriander sprig and serve hot with a raita.
